- project lead of the covid-19 study "Früherkennung einer klinischen Verschlechterung einer SARS-CoV-2-Infektion mithilfe von Maschinellem Lernen"
- coordination of scientific projects
- coordination of the Cambridge-Tübingen PhD program
- organization of scientific events (e.g. workshops, retreats, the Real Robot Challenge)
- recruting and hiring
- scientific outreach, e.g. on Youtube: 'How does machine learning work?' in cooperation with 'Dr. Whatson' and on Arte
- budget planning, third party funding
- contact to external partners
- connecting with the other MPI-IS labs and the scientific coordination office
Before joining the MPI for Intelligent Systems, I did my PhD in Theoretical Particle Physics at the University of Bonn.
