The Central Mechanical Workshop is a joint service group of the Stuttgart Max Planck Institutes. With our modern machinery we manufacture component parts and assemblies based on drawings, models, sketches and samples. Our main customers are the scientific departments and the scientific service groups. Our manufactured parts range in size from small sample containers to big cryostats and welded assemblage.
