- Modeling and characterization of helices moving in thin channels
- Design and demonstration of the traveling-wave actuator for viscous liquids
My research is focused on 'flow fields induced by moving boundaries' and 'general fluid-structure interaction in micro-realm'. During my PhD work, I studied the two-way coupling of hydrodynamics and rigid-body dynamics of bio-mimetic, e.g. bacteria-like, swimming microrobots. In the Physical Intelligence Departmant I will be working on multiphysics modeling, PIV visualization and control of swimming microrobots actuated in viscous liquids.
