Low-temperature thermal desorption spectroscopy TDS
Thermal desorption spectroscopy has been extended down to 20 K. The high sensitivity of the mass spectrometer allows to measure samples as small as 2 mg. Moreover, this technique enables uniquely to measure directly the selectivity, i.e. separation factor, after exposure to different hydrogen isotope mixtures.
