The conference brings together leaders of AI in academic and corporate research
Renningen - Cyber Valley together with Bosch presented a top AI conference at the Bosch Research Campus in Renningen on Monday. AI Con 2018 was a huge success, bringing together over 200 of the world´s top academic researchers in AI and scientists from industry. "In Cyber Valley, science and industry work together to create an ecosystem for the best AI research", says Prof. Bernhard Schölkopf, Director at the Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems, who is a world-renowned scientist in the field of Machine Learning and was a speaker at the conference.

The exclusive AI conference also featured talks from Bosch CEO Dr. Volkmar Denner, from Michael Bolle, Bosch´s Chief Technology Officer and Digital Officer, from Christoph Peylo, the head of the Bosch Center of Artificial Intelligence as well as guest speakers from institutions such as Carnegie Mellon University, Technion Israel Institute of Technology, and many more.

There was also a poster session in the afternoon, where many Ph.D. students presented their research to the attendees.

The aim of the conference was to bring together leading AI experts from industry and research to explore the opportunities and challenges presented by the technology.
